How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Zipp Drive account through the following methods:

Through the Mobile App: Open the Zipp Drive app, navigate to Settings → Alert Zone → Delete Account,
and follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.

By Contacting Support: Send an email to our support team at
support@zippdrive.com
with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered mobile number or email address.

and request account deletion. Our customer support team will assist you with the process.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your Zipp Drive account, the following actions will occur:

Your account will be permanently deleted from our system.

All your personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and profile data, will be permanently removed.

Your booking history and transaction records will be deleted.

You will no longer be able to access your account or any associated data.

Any pending bookings or active services will be cancelled.

You will not be able to use the same phone number or email address to create a new account immediately after deletion.
Important Information
Please note the following important points before deleting your account:

Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover any data or information.

Pending Transactions: If you have any pending payments, refunds, or disputes,
please resolve them before deleting your account. We may retain certain financial records
as required by law.

laws, regulations, or legal processes, even after account deletion.

business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
